The Partners

The firm has 6 Partners with different backgrounds and experience:-

Graham John Coffey LLB - Senior Partner

Graham began his career representing Defendants in personal injury cases in 1987 before moving to representing Claimants in 1992. After gaining a wealth of experience in claimant personal injury litigation, Graham established Graham Coffey & Co. in February 2000 with two partners. The aim of the firm remains as it was when set up, to provide a fair and moral approach to claiming compensation for victims of non-fault accidents, no doubt the reason why the firm has continued to grow since 2000.

Peter James McCullough BA

Peter qualified as a Solicitor in 1996 following which he gained experience in Defendant personal injury work, including Aviation Insurance, in London. He later returned to Manchester with a specialist personal injury practice representing claimants, where he achieved Partner status, concentrating in particular on personal injury cases involving accidents at work and in public places. Peter joined Graham Coffey & Co. in May 2000 as a Partner where he continues to deal with a mix of personal injury cases as well as managing aspects the firm.

Michael Stephen Mansfield LLB (Hons)

After a very broad training, Stephen qualified in 1988, specialising in business-related claims until moving to a specialist firm for personal injury claims in 1998. Stephen joined Graham Coffey & Co. in July 2000 as a Partner and handles a mixture of personal injury cases following road traffic accidents, accidents at work and accidents in public places.

Stuart Martyn Snape LLB (Hons)

Stuart graduated from Manchester University in 1998 completing the Legal Practice Course the following year at Chester College of Law. Having joined Graham Coffey & Co at its inception Stuart qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 and became a Partner in May 2006. He currently deals with a wide range of cases including road traffic and medical negligence claims and accidents at work.

Lindsey Jane Bull BA (Hons)

After graduating with full honours, Lindsey spent her early career working in the Charity Sector providing Legal Services and Counselling. In 2001 she joined Graham Coffey & Co becoming a Partner in 2007. Lindsey currently deals with cases involving all aspects of Personal Injury as well as managing aspects of the firm.

Lee Dewhurst LLB (Hons)

Lee qualified as a solicitor in 1996. He joined Graham Coffey & Co in 2001. Prior to that he was a Magistrates Clerk for 17 years. In his spare time he enjoys playing football twice weekly and tries to keep fit generally. He deals principally with claims arising from road traffic accidents, accidents in public places and accidents at work.
